This Website is created and operated by M/s SAMPHION TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LTD, (hereinafter referred to as “We”, “Our”, and “Us”) and operating under the brand name “ADOR” (“Brand name”). The app is developed under the parent company - Samphion Technology Private Limited. The creator of this Privacy Policy ensures a steady commitment to Your privacy with regard to the protection of your invaluable information that you may share across on this Website. This privacy policy contains information about the Website “www.adormatch.com” (“Website/Platform”).

The parent company are sole developers of the application and hold rights of all the functionalities and features. 

The parent company holds all information regarding copyrights, brand trademark, proprietary algorithm and development / source - code. 

 

For the purpose of these Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”), wherever the context so requires, “We”, “Our”, and “Us” shall mean and refer to the Website. “You”, “Your”, “Yourself”, “User” shall mean and refer to natural and legal individuals who shall be users of this website provided by us and who is competent to enter into binding contracts, as per Indian laws. “Third Parties” refer to any website, platform or individual apart from the Users and the creator of this Website

The information provided by you shall be used to provide and improve the service for you and all users.

  2. For maintaining an internal record.

  3. For enhancing the Services provided.

We use Your tracking information such as IP addresses, and or Device ID to help identify you and to gather broad demographic information and make further services available to you. We may reach out to you over call, WhatsApp as well as SMS to provide details of our plans, packages and offers.

All conversations, communications and will be completely private, confidential and  for providing good service experience of matchmaking.

We do not have access to chat conversations, our third party CRM data does not have any photographs or private details of any customer/ user.

We will not sell, license or trade Your personal information. We will not share your personal information with others unless they are acting under our instructions or we are required to do so by law.

Information collected via Our server logs includes users' IP addresses and the pages visited; this will be used to manage the web system and troubleshoot problems. We also use third-party analytics, tracking, optimization and targeting tools to understand how users engage with our Website so that we can improve it and cater personalized content/ads according to their preferences.

GAMEZOP AND QUIZOP INTEGRATION POLICY

The Platform and / or the Content can also be made available to You within other apps and websites owned by Us (“Company Platforms”) or third-party platforms, including but not limited to, third-party websites, mobile applications, and other internet products (“Third-Party Platforms”).

This Agreement will be applicable to You in entirety even when You Use the Platform and / or the Content from within Company Platforms or Third-Party Platforms. In such cases, all the terms and policies of such Company Platforms or Third-Party Platforms shall also be applicable to You.

We may collect and have access to Your Personal Information (as defined below) when You Use Platform or Content: (i) directly, or (ii) through Company Platforms, or (iii) through Third-Party Platforms.

All Users must be persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 (“Contract Act”). Persons who are “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the Contract Act, including minors, un-discharged insolvents, etc. are not eligible to Use the Platform and / or the Content.

We respect the privacy of Users and are committed to protect it. This Policy is in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the applicable rules thereunder including the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and / or any other applicable laws of India and applicable rules made under such other applicable laws of India.

We have no control over and responsibility towards the privacy practices or the content of any of advertisers running promotions on Platform or Content, Third-Party Platforms that make Platform or Content available to their users, and Third-Party Services. You are advised to check the applicable privacy practices and terms of such advertisers, Third-Party Platforms, and Third-Party Services.

We may display advertisements to You based on Your Personal Information, and / or based on Your engagement with Platform and / or Content, and /or based on the policies of Third-party Services.         We do not make any warranty whatsoever, whether express or implied, relating To fitness or accuracy, reliability, completeness, timeliness, performance, Safety, merchantability, quality, suitability, fitness for a particular Purpose, or authenticity towards your personal information that we collect, Access, use, store, disclose and / or otherwise process, at any particular Time or location.

        You should not use platform and / or content, by means of any mechanism or Technology which conceals your actual geo-location or provides incorrect Details of your location (for example, by using a virtual private network). We will not be responsible or liable for any collection, storage, or Processing of your personal information or any other data if you use any Mechanism or technology which conceals your actual geo-location.
